Hey guys, I spotted this as well last night but by the time I got to looking into it the problem appears to have fixed itself. Something no doubt was going on with the server feed. I'll see if I can narrow it down any more

Apparently, a few hours ago the reverse happened: the article updates, but the Live Tile don't...

Was getting this too, but it resolved itself somehow and now i don't get notifications that I even have new items to read. Only way I know is through twitter or opening the app.
