My apologies. I've got Lumia 640 LTE Windows10 phone, with WC app. Thankyou.

open the app -> hamburger menu -> settings -> Notifications -> push notifications -> tap slider to enable.

In the box below select what you notifications for in terms of articles ->all, featured or none (off).

At the bottom you have three options -> notifications for comments (for replies to your comments) -> all comments and new posts in participated threads.

Once done, simply press the back button.
