WINDOWS CENTRAL wp8.1 app problem/buggy?

can't sign-in windows central phone app. I am using Lumia 720 with Lumia cyan wp8.1 and no developer preview. as I want to sign-in app crashes. please help what to do. I already tried reinstall app, also restart phone and also soft-reset, still it crashes.
I don't know why, waiting for answers?

now after that, no live tile and no notifications also working too

I started having this issue on my 8X yesterday. I submitted feedback and recorded the issue through the app help section several times.

It must not be an issue for everyone then Which makes sense, because only a few users seem to be having this problem

Did you recently change your theme? I recently did and just now realized that the app was not following my theme until now when I reinstalled again. Weird.
