Hey guys I'm not professional here. But I have a promising concept or what I believe could be an actual phone in the future someday. I started this sketch I think in 2011-2012 as an answer to the exclusive problem that has plagued the flagship offerings to carriers. I wanted to design a phone that was different and could challenge Nokia in terms of pure aesthetics and premium design. A phone with options that would be available to all major carriers.(and hopefully globally as well) Anyway the first picture is the hand drawn piece I did many years ago. The second rendering is one I'm still working on/maybe finished(still deciding). Let me know what you think. Hope you like it.

Not bad for a sketch made by hand.

However, I think the buttons at the lower part of the screen are outdated. More recent Windows Phones no longer have physical capacitive surfaces at the bottom of the screen, having been replaced by on-screen "virtual buttons"... and the Windows Phones that came before that didn't even have physical (moving) buttons at the bottom of the screen.

The aspect ratio seems alright, but the device might be a bit too thick.

Also, I think the stand is more suitable for tablets or those phone-tablet hybrids.

Thanks for sharing your ideas. We'd like to hear more.

Thanks for the feedback. I wanted to do something different actually as far as hardware goes. That's why I chose to do hardware buttons in today's market because how many phones have them? I'd hate to see every phone be capacitive or touch. Buttons are still fun. As far as the stand I wanted to bring that back from devices like the Evo that HTC had at one point. But I thank you for your feedback. I can always change it to tailor to the masses because that's who I would target. Maybe I'll rework it soon.

There is something to be said for being different in a sea of device a washed in the same designs. Keep sketching....

Update: here's a new design concept I just started working on.I believe I've got a nice one here.uploadfromtaptalk1442607109852.JPG
