Windows Hello (Beta) and Camera App

Hi Chaps,

I have had this a couple of times when using the camera app.

I like to use the windows hello to unlock the phone and for me, works 95% of the time, first time. The problem occurs when the phone is in standby and I want to use the camera and activating the camera by using the dedicated hardware button to use the camera by waking the phone, all ok at first until the lock screen kicks in, the phone freezes and a reboot is in order.

Have turned off windows hello for now and all seems ok, still using the pin number to unlock.

What makes it worse is that both times it's happened, I have been showing off to friends. Has anyone else experienced this?

I just tried that a few times on my 950xl. Launched camera with the camera button, took a photo, closed camera using back arrow, lock screen opens and windows hello works normally. Maybe try a reset?

Aahh, just need to clarify, keep the camera app open, the lock screen kicks in while the camera app is open after it's pre-determined time.

I let the camera time out. Phone goes back to standby. power button starts windows hello and it works normal

This is strange, mine seems to be working ok now and messed around with it for some time... Grrrr
