Windows Hello does not auto login.

I'm having this issue where Windows Hello recognizes me but does not auto login. I'm seeing the spotlight questions. Also I sometimes see the lock screen image smaller and I can see the previously opened application (Chrome) open behind it.

Anyone else seeing this? Is there a fix without having to reset? SB i7 dGPU 256GB

I've seen something like this. My SB often logs me in, but never clears the lockscreen. All I have to do is swipe up on the lockscreen and I'm at my desktop without issue. I have also seen the small size lockscreen (centered over my desktop usually, because I rarely leave an application open).

At this point, I'd be very hesitant to reset with the known bitlocker issue with build 1511. Apparently, to perform a total reset bitlocker must be disabled, but there's a bug with 1511 that will not allow it to be re-enabled in a clean install scenario. I don't know if this has yet been rectified.
