I have done it by putting the date to April 9th instead of today and it worked ,,I got Windows 10 preview on my 625 and 830

Hey...problem fixed...i used windows phone recovery tools...flashed a older firmware and started from scrath..installing windows 10 technical preview now!

Similiar issue. Opened the app, set to Fast ring, reboot, nothing.

Went to settings -> Phone update -> Update found! Downloading now...
