Windows lumia blue 8.1 release in india for 720

Hello people!
Im using Lumia 720 and Im from India.
I want to Know when Lumia Blue is expected to release in India. I believe it features Cortana like Siri on iPhone .

The update is named Cyan and it wont be available officially atleast for around 2 months(judging by previous updates rollout).
But u can actually get cortana and all the major features just by enrolling for devpreview and updating to 8.1
