Windows Marketplace Purchase History Issues

I had an strange issue. After an accidental master reset, when I went to purchase history on windowsphone.com I found only 100 apps/games from my original purchase of 800+ Apps/games. After that I downloaded some of the missing apps as new purchase, however they are also not being added to latest purchase history. So this is causing even a more serious issue. Contacted Microsoft chat support, however they are keep saying re-install again but no solution. Any such experiences and resolutions from Microsoft. I am using same microsoft account on my windowsphone since Oct-2010.

I'm now having the same problem too. Had my firmware reinstalled at a care point on Monday 20th May, now my history only goes back that far. The list just doesn't populate anymore than 2 days. Chatted with a nice lady on MS she said it can't be repopulated again. My history went back to Dec 2012.
