Unable to update windows core apps such as Gestures & Touch, Lumia motion data etc on my Lumia 830.

Did u hard reset after updating? If yes then it must be temporary problem with store's server. Be patient it'll get resolved in few days.

Same problem here in my lumia 735

Check with the Storage app and see if those were installed to the SD card. If they were, then move them to the phone's internal storage and try to download the updates again. If you are not using an SD card, or the apps were already installed on the phone's storage, then you might have to resort to a hard reset, or if you are lucky you can uninstall the apps by using the Storage app and try again.

Yes! It works... I moved the apps to the internal storage and it works... Thanks...
