Windows Mobile - wont sync

after last update, I cant get Groove on windows mobile to sync with oneline collection. I have stripped back my online to one album from the store but no luck. I tried hard reset. Both my pc and online collection correctly reflect the one album.
Sync my music never finishes.
any ideas? am running latest insider fast build and latest groove on a 625.

windows mobile seems cut off, any albums I add to my collection here don't appear on pc or web. Web albums appear on pc and vice versa.
