Windows Phone 7.8 Update

So I guess I'm a little confused. I've heard all about the 7.8 update for quite a while and was wondering when will it get pushed to the HTC Trophy? Is it supposed to already be out, or is it getting pushed out when Windows Phone 8 is released?
