windows phone 8.1 application crashing

Hi i have lumia 820 with windows phone 8.1 . My many applications are crashing. Yesterday i installed GT racing 2 and today it started crashing. Same thing happens with KIK n whatsapp after using it for 2-3 weeks. Please help. Thankxxx in Advance.
