Windows phone 8.1 missing quiet hours

Hi,

I have Nokia lumia 625 and live in UK (so, no cortana yet). I have updated my phone to windows phone 8.1 preview, but noticed that 'quiet hours' is missing from the system settings and couldn't find anywhere double tap to turnoff option as well. I can double tap to wake up the phone, but not double tap to turnoff phone. I just want to find out is it problem with my phone or those features haven't been released/available due to Cortana not being available in UK yet.

Please let me know, if you want any further info or clarification.

There is no double tap to turn off the phone as far as I know. and quiet hours are part of cortana and you will have to wait till it is available in UK if you don't want to change the region settings
