Saw that as well...some people are saying downloading now but I'm not getting anything yet. Must be a slow-ish rollout...


ETA: I just realized I did a hard reset after installing WP8.1, so I just checked...I had to sign back in to the Preview for Developers app and re-enable it to get the update....downloading now!

Hopefully the battery fix will mean better management of cell data polling... that is what was the cause of battery drain on my 720
