Windows Phone 8.1 slow while gaming? [VIDEO]

Hi,

I have a Nokia Lumia 630, and I have been experiencing low FPS and slow downs in many games since I got that phone, I tried soft and hard reset, neither worked.

Here is the list of games that I have tried:

-Jetpack Joyride:
Normal: 30 FPS
Collecting Coins: 24 FPS

-Up Hill: Hill Climb:
Normal: 20 FPS
Cave: 8 FPS

-Heroes of Order & Chaos:
Normal: 12 FPS

-Rival Knights:
Normal: 30 FPS
End of round: 1 FPS

Some of these games even have shattery sound.
