windows phone 8.1 update 1

sir, i am uding windows 8.1 PFD, after the GDR1 update and also the normal update i.e. PFD, the pic qualoty becomes very bad, pictures becomes very noise, pleas tell me how i recover this problem?

Set the cam back in default settings. If that's not working do a factory reset and start anew.
