I want my mobile data in notification centre(action centre). Is there any way to add mobile data in notification centre? I regularly switch my mobile data to on and off mode.

No. Not at the moment. It might be integrated in forthcoming update.
You can use an App to create shortcut to settings. I used Insider Pro, but there are many others
