Windows phone 8 App (lumia 920 Windows 8)

Hi,

I have a lumia 920 that I have set to sync with the windows phone app whenever I plug it into my computer.

I'm trying to change the directory that the photos/videos from my phone where they sync to on the computer but I cannot find anywhere at all on where to change the directory other than the C:\ location it set by default.

Any tips/advice? Thanks

In Win you can add different folders to your Pictures/Videos/etc. library and define one of them as the default one, which is where the Windows Phone app should create the phone specific folders for the synched content. But you can't precisely manage where the WP app will synch the pictures to, other than inside these library structures.

Well that just sucks.

I was looking to store it in a place other than my C:\ but I guess that's not going to work

It is possible, but you have to add this folder to the corresponding library AND make it the default location to store media of this type.
