And here's mine:

• The top block is all about communication.
• Then follows the main contacts and my main social media channels.
• Appointments come next, but I can not decide if I should switch positions of True Calendar 8 and the two counter tiles, since thus the current date would always be shown when scrolling to the top of the home screen. Maybe I'll wait, if the GDRs or the version 8.1 does what I am looking for ...
• Settings, Gmail (I'm not quite through with the transition to Outlook.com), alarm clock and maps are at the end of the first block, focused on the basic functions of the phone.

• Going for the work: I sync my data via Skydrive, take notes in OneNote and collaborate with colleagues through asana ...

• In the next block, it's about all kinds of information, but mainly I mainly click the Weave tile

• The following is the media area. Besides music and photos I am following YouTube subscriptions.

• The next block is hard to title - "interests" applies's probably pretty good.

• At the end there are the games.

Am sick of these limited tile colors. most of them dull. have anyone noticed most of the people using win8 phone, used blue as their startscreen pls MS dont make our life horrible with this limitation. provide some nice colors or transparent tiles, white or black tiles.
