windows phone app on windows 10

hi i have a question when windows 10 comes out for tablets, pc and phones will i be able to use all the apps that are now on the windows phone store on my windows 10 tablet and pc???

The idea is that devs should release universal apps, which means that the same app is then available across all the devices. This also means that once an app is purchased via one device it can be downloaded to any of the other devices and used So yes, but there needs to be a universal app first and most, if not all, devs will be making universal apps

Short answer: No.

As ven07 said, only if the app developers create universal apps.

There are some at the moment but hopefully that will change for the better.
