Windows Phone central app notification problem

I can't see any notification on my Lumia 820. Is there any problem ? I was seeing new news notification, it was counting well 4 5 days ago.

I checked settings, live tile is on. I turn on notifications too but, it notify me just sometimes. I want to see when there is new news.

I turned off Live tile, then tried to turn on again but it says " sorry, background tasks are not supported on your device as wpcentral uses background tasks for tile updates the live tile cannot be activated."

Uninstall, then reinstall.

But, before that, check if it's blocked on your device.
