Windows phone contact name spoken during ringtone

Hi, I have a Lumia 640 XL, fully updated.

Whenever I get an incoming call, my ringtone triggers, but so does a voice that attempts to pronounce the contact name. Is there any way to disable this, and only have the ringtone?
