Windows Phone Developer Preview Update today (12th September)

I use a Lumia 925 with Windows Phone Developer Preview installed. Right now at 6.30 PM (Indian standard Time) on 12th September, I recieved an update. I installed it. After the update it didn't show me which version it upgraded to like it generally shows, nor do I know what is the update about.
Can someone shed light on this?

You can check, if you find a new button in the WLAN Settings, so you can use static IP addresses.

This is the same update for which there are some posts already out there. I believe India got it much later than rest of the world. I dont know why I have a feeling that they have tinkered with that 2 mini update for the Indian Lumias.

checked for the update on the Lumia 720 but no update yet does anyone when are we getting the official cyan update

Edit : Got static ip in wifi connection

That's the OS version I have on the 930 with Cyan and GDR1 so I assume that's the latest OS version. I didn't get any update.
