Windows Phone Email replying or forwarding from different account

[Windows Central Question]

I have windows phone 10 (MS Phone 950) I have an outlook.com email account (with allias) and I have my work email account. Sometimes I want to reply or forward emails that I receive on one account from another (ie I receive in my personal outlook and when I reply I want to reply FROM work email). However the FROM field is grayed out and I cannot change it even if I link the accounts. However in outlook I can change between primary outlook and the different allias I have. Please advise
