Windows Phone keeps asking me if I've changed my security settings

I have a Lumia 1520 with Windows Phone 8.1

I recently changed my security settings to a new email because the other one doesn't exist anymore, but if I try to get an app from the appstore, it asks me If I changed it, I say yes and click next and then it goes away, a few dots load, and it comes again the same stuff asking me if I changed the security, it goes over and over again I've atleast tried it 10 times.. what's going on?

Please help!
