Windows Phone Marketplace Issue with Payment

Hi,

I not sure if anyone else is having issues with payments in the marketplace.

I have added my credit card and paypal account, however, when I purchase paid items on my device, it asks for another form of payment.

I am in Canada, was able to purchase apps on Windows Phone 7, for some reason I cannot complete a transaction with Lumia 920

I ran into something similar until I went into my MS account settings and discovered I forgot to update my cc info as my old card had expired.

The crazy part is my credit card is updated and I added Paypal, neither are available payment options
