Windows phone nokia 525 device in uefi mode shows

My nokia lumia 525 model shows in software recovery tool shows that phone is in uefi mode
phone shows only red nokia logo.
What can i do.
Nokia care cant repair it.

Microsoft is aware of issues with WPSRT and borking 52x series phones during reversion from 10 to 8.1. They are working on a fix and when it hits it will surely be front page here ASAP.

I'm also having the same problem on my lumia 520 on reversion to 8.1, but the logo is in white. Unable to use my phone.... HELP!!!!!

I am having the same issue, I did hard-reset my nokia lumia 525 after installing windows phone 10 technical preview. and my phone showing Sad smiley after that. i tried using Windows Phone recovery tool, but it should firmware not detected and phone is in UEFI mode. I have gone to nokia care they are asking for Rs2999 for fix. please help me how to fix it by myself.
