Windows Phone Recovery Tool Refuses to Update

Is anyone else experiencing issues getting Windows Phone Recovery Tool to update in Windows 10 desktop? It keeps giving me an error that another system update process is happening and can't continue. Happens on both my PC and Surface 3.

Nope. My install/Update went fine. Please check are there any other update/installation processes running at that time (using task manager). Or else you can try rebooting the system and updating again.

No. As I said in my post above, it refuses to update at all. No other updates or installs for anything going on in the background.

I'll give a look for Windows Device Recovery Tool, though.
