windows phone recovery tool stucks in downgrading from WP10

i want to downgrade from windows 10 technical preview to windows 8.1 & when i used the windows phone recovery tool it stuckes when finishes downloading saying "fichier sp?cifi? est introuvable"

Obviously you should have searched for Lumia Software Recovery Tool...

I tried LSRT but it is not recognizing the phone..while WPRT recognize and sticks in reading phone info

Open LSRT, click device won't start or boot then connect it.

Might take a couple of tries.
