Unable to chat in my windows phone room. It worked once for a couple of hours randomly 2days ago n then its gone! Tried stuff posted in here but no resolution yet. Help?

If you've tried everything posted here -probably best to chat with WP support on windowsphone.com - I myself have had issues for months now and am in emails back and forth with the team. They know its a known issue and its intermittent too.
