Windows phone store not working

Has Microsoft tooken down the windows phone store? I cant access it :straight:

This isn't an 8.1 related issue. My girlfriend is having the same issue on her GRD3 Lumia 521

Same here.
I live in Portugal.
Can't update my apps or download new ones.

It must be an update issue. Because my Wi-Fi and network signal are not ok.
