Windows Phone Suggestion Box App

There's an app out there for the Windows Phone Uservoice page, but I can't log in because it doesn't recognize my email/password (I log in from the PC just fine). Is that a problem for anyone else that has tried the app? I read a a review of the app on the marketplace that suggested that the app may have issues recognizing email addresses that have a dot in the address (example - firstname.lastname@gmail.com).

If anyone else has any advice on thoughts on this I'd appreciate it.
