Windows profiles duplicating settings

Hello, I am using offline profiles not linked with MS accounts. The main admin account was created some time before the secondary non admin account. However any personalization changes i make to the main account are duplicated to the secondary account after i logout/in to the secondary. These include the wallpaper and account icon. This is making it difficult to tell which account I am signed into.

Any advice would be helpful, Thank you.
