Any word on Windows Reading List for Windows Phone? Any 3rd party apps that enable WP users to access Reading List?

I'm not aware of any apps that access Windows Reading List. I don't use Windows Reading List, since I'm never offline when I use my PC. I do use Pouch (Pocket app) for Windows 8.1/Windows Phone, which provides the same functionality.
