windows recovery tool gives error

Mobile goes in flight mode so i gone through using windows recovery tools nd download the software after that when reinstalling process is started that time its gives the error like "software installation is failed"....

Plz help mi..am in trouble ..

Try uninstalling WDRT then reinstall.
After doing this restart your PC and try the process again with a full charge on your phone.
Pay close attention to the dialogue during the recovery process.
Some times it takes a while to complete even with reported errors.
