Windows repeatedly installing Dell firmware & extensions

I have an Dell Inspiron 7573 running Windows 10 1809. For the past month Windows Update has been downloading and installing Dell Firmware 1.10.0 and Dell Extensions 1.0.2.32 and 1.0.2.34 on a daily basis. The installations are successful each day. But after each install the computer must reboot. EVERY DAY the process is repeated!!!! Does anyone know how to stop this cycle?

Try the "Show or Hide updates" troubleshooter which I've used before for drivers that continually tried to update and failed.

The firmware version has to be updated but not like this which you have mentioned here. I have got an issue regarding the firmware update. After doing the firmware update, the screen of the system went blue and it started showing ERROR CODE 0XC0000428. How can I fix this?
