Windows Store and Update stuck. What can I do?

Windows Store and Update stuck.

Some app updates in my Windows Store have been stuck on 'Starting Download' for exactly a week now. Neither does checking for updates in the Windows Update do anything. I've tried several ways suggested from the internet, but to no avail.

Unfortunate timing now that the Fall Update is out. Any suggestions on how I can resolve the issues?

Yeah I got the same problem also, still waiting for a miracle fix
