Windows Store App & Xbox App on PC wont open..??

When I try to open the xbox app I get a blue pop-up that says, "This app can't open. Check the windows store for more info about Xbox."
Then when I try to open the Windows Store it doesn't load. I just get a message that says, "Try that again. Something happened on our end and we couldn't sign you in."
It has the error code 0x80004005.

Any help would be greatly! appreciated...

I recall this happening several months back. I simply did a system restore and that fixed it for me.
