Windows store error code 0x80073CFD

This error (0x80073CFD) has come up for a number of downloads on windows 10 mobile store. The latest app to show this error on my device is shazam. I tried so many options, restart of download, soft reset, shutdown of device, removal of memory stick, formating of the memory stick, lately even a hard reset.
I think Microsoft need to do something about it

Have you tried using a different network connection, or a different Wi-Fi router?

Yes I have.. It happens on cellular & wifi

Description :A specified install prerequisite couldn’t be satisfied.

Since you've done "everything" from a simple download restart to a hard reset, then that pretty much rules out almost all user-side problems - hence there is "nothing more" we can do at the moment... but to "try again later".
