Windows Store Problem

hi guys hope you can help me with this and I also wish that I will not refresh my PC with this problem. when I open up the windows store on windows 8 it always says "you cant use the windows store when you are not connected to the internet. Please connect to the internet" I already tried "wsreset.exe" and nothing happens

After wsreset, did you reboot?

PC Settings -> Accounts -> Verify your account. After you re-type your password you are good to go. Also make sure you're date/time/zone are correct.
