Windows tablet market share

Does anybody have an idea on how the windows platform is doing in the tablet space. For some reason we don't get to see figures on the tablet space by OS. This would be a info for developers who are contemplating developing apps for the windows platform.

I saw a report just today that Windows tablet market share increased by 60% YoY; from 1.0% to 1.6%.

I saw that too but I was referring to the overall windows tablet os market share not just Microsofts surface rt market share as its states in that article.

I believe the Surface tablets are what is driving sales. Not sure what the overall numbers are though.

I wonder if those sub $100 windows tablet are having any effect on the market share

I also wonder about the some of the recently popular tablets from dell like the venue pro's line up, it would be interesting to say if it could be in with the surface pro and the sub 100 dollar tablets as well.
