Windows Update error

Hello i use the windows10 Upgrader to upgrade the version 1511 for version 1607 but the installations go normal until 91% when occurs bluescreen. With the stopcode: PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA.
How i need to do for upgrade the version 1607
