Windows update

After installing the windows 10 tech preview, Windows update can't update. It always stuck at 0%. After a while I get a message that my system is up to date. When I run the update again, it sees those items again and still stuck at 0% percent.

Does it say ' checking for updates', or does it actually find some?
Maybe it is just checking and not finding any new ones.
Also, if you have a quick connection, it may be that it is just really quick?
