windows updates keep freezing up my system

[Windows Central Question]

I had to disable windows updates for my Windows 10 OS because one of the recent updates keeps freezing my system. When I did a system restore to a point before the update, everything worked fine again, but everytime it would automatically update again the same problem occurred and would take me a long time to fix. Is there another option besides disabling updates? I don't have time to keep restoring my system and undoing the glitch this most recent update (week of 10/10/2016) causes.

Hi! I don't know of anyway to disable Windows updates. The last update was a culminating update and came out on patch Tuesday. Give this a look!
