Store not working n my Lumia 820 please help anybody. it's doesn't download and install apps

Hard reset should fix it, it is anyway highly suggestible to do it after upgrade...

Is there any other way i don't prefer reset because my messages are very important and contacts+message app r setting is not available now what to do now?
