Wireless Charging, advertised but not present

So I think many of us looked forward to the wireless charging capability advertised for this phone. However since purchasing it I am 90% certain that the device requires a new Battery door in order for wireless charging to work (despite wireless charging being advertised as a feature of the phone all over Verizon's and Nokia's websites). Has anyone contacts Verizon about this Misleading advertising? do they plan to provide wireless charging doors for free?

I am personally pretty upset about this entire launch (lack of information/ misinformation).
