Wireless charging doesn't work

I have a new L830. All works fine. Got the DT-910 wireless charging stand as a gift and it doesn't charge. I tried it with my old L920 and it works fine. I also have the world charging flip case from Nokia for the L830. The charger doesn't work for the L830 with either back connected. Help?

In the 830 the backcover of the phone has to be "perfectly" placed on the phones body. So please check it

Thanks. I've figured out out though - it's not the cover but the connectors. One of those two tiny little connectors is missing. Going to send it back for a replacement
