Wireless connection to a blu-ray player

I can't find a way to connect my Lumia 928 to a BDX3400KU Toshiba blu-ray player using wi-fi, any help would be appreciated.
Windows 8.1 will have Miracast, but next year.

Are you wanting to view the photos and videos from your phone on your TV? Have you tried the Nokia Play To app? Play to | Windows Phone Apps+Games Store (United States)

Thanks. I think that my player isn't a DLNA device. I have connected to the PC Windows Media Player.
