Wireless syncing

I set it up in Zune last night. Downloaded some podcasts, turned WiFi on on the phone, plugged it into the wall charger and went to sleep. Woke up this morning to see no podcasts on my phone. Do I need to leave Zune open and be signed in for this to work?

Got it to work. I opened Zune and signed in. Plugged the phone into the wall and magically it worked.

You have to be signed in but Zune doesn't need to be opened

I can't wait for Mango. There won't be a need for Zune desktop. You'll be able to download podcasts from the phone.

So I open Zune, sign in, download whatever and then click on the x without signing out? This wireless syncing is going to be really handy when I get a Zune pass.
